The Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties Pinnacle Awards program is the industry's most prestigious local awards program honoring excellence in building, design and marketing of residential building in the Bucks & Montgomery County region.
Recognition
Pinnacle Award winners are announced and honored at the annual gala ceremony, to be held on Friday, March 9, 2009 in the Currents Ballroom at the Adventure Aquarium. Winners are featured in the professionally produced awards show and invited to receive their Pinnacle Award on stage. All winning projects are also highlighted in a full color high quality printed brochure distributed to all gala guests and showcased in the Special Edition HBA Reporter which is received by all HBA member companies. The HBA also distributes news releases to local and trade media. Past winners have been noted in publications like The Philadelphia Inquirer, Bucks Country Courier Times and The Intelligencer.

Judging: Thursday, February 5, 2009 (visit communities) & Friday, February 6, 2009

Judging
A distinguished panel of professionals representing expertise in residential home building are invited to judge the Pinnacle Awards each year. Each entry is judged on its own merits, based on the information and photos provided by the applicant in the official entry binder, along with the site visit experience (if applicable).
